Directed by Ben Whalley, the BBC documentary “Krautrock: The Rebirth Of Germany” takes a look at “how a radical generation of musicians created a new German musical identity out of the cultural ruins of war.” Featuring interviews and music from legendary bands like Neu!, Can, Faust and Kraftwerk, this doc is well worth about an hour of your time.     Germans do call it Krautrock too, although the groups themselves didnt call it that. The term stuck with the music after a few years
