How do I register on NYLVI?
When I try to register, it says my email address is already in use. What does this mean?
I can't find the confirmation email, where is it?

How do I register on NYLVI?


1. Go to the Register page and choose your username. Your username can only be made up from letters, digits or underscore. If you plan to become a seller, your user name will also be your shop URL (http://www.nylvi.com/username). After you've found a username, enter a password and a valid email address.

2. We require everyone to confirm their email address. After you complete the first register page, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in this email to activate your account.

Want to become an seller? There's a couple additional steps:
3. Login to NYLVI and click the Sell link in the main navigation bar on the top.
4. Once you complete the required steps, you're ready to setup your shop and list your records. Every seller on NYLVI gets their own shop located at http://www.nylvi.com/username. To set up a shop is free.

When I try to register, it says my email address is already in use. What does this mean?


Once an email address is registered on NYLVI, it cannot be reused for a different account.

I can't find the confirmation email, where is it?


Check your junk mail folder. It may have ended up in there. To prevent this in the future, you can add register@www.nylvi.com, contact@www.nylvi.com and help@www.nylvi.com to your address book or safe list. If you still haven't received the email, send us a message at and we'll look into it.

I still can't register, what can I do?


If you've tried all the above, please email NYLVI at and we'll help you right away. Please note that NYLVI does not currently offer phone support.

Can I change my username?


Once you have chosen your NYLVI username, it cannot be changed. Your username is a unique identifier for you or your shop via your nylvi url, and is also used for feedback between users.

How do I close my account?


Please contact to have your account closed.

Why can't I login?


You can't login if your account is not active. When you first registered with NYLVI, we send you a Confirmation email. You'll just need to click on the link in this email to get started. If you cannot find the email anywhere, you can try the following:

- Check your junk mail
- Add registration@www.nylvi.com and to your safe list or address book
- Turn off your SPAM filters.
- You might also be mistyping your password. Make sure CAPS LOCK is off. Remember passwords are case-sensitive. If you still can't login, you can follow the link on the login page to reset your password.

I can't remember my password, what should I do?


If you cannot remember your password, just click on the "Forgot you password?" link on the login page. NYLVI will send you an email with a link to a page where you can change your password back to something you can remember.
